Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Load and Unload: Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is handled with care and placed in the correct designated areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and recording of inventory stock to ensure accuracy.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by stacking pallets and organizing storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including daily logs and delivery receipts.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for verbal and written communication.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for internal operators.
- Experience: No prior forklift experience is necessary! We provide on-the-job training.
