Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, scan, and organize stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
