Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
