Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure machinery is in safe operating condition.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Prepare and package shipments according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent) required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
