Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections on all material handling equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock according to established safety and efficiency protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and order fulfillment targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
