Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functioning.
- Verify and document inventory counts accurately to maintain stock integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company warehouse policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, organizing, and removing debris.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
