Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and dock settings
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision and efficiency
- Inspect and maintain equipment pre/post-shift to ensure operational safety
- Manage inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed (palletizing, sorting, staging)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in dynamic environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management software
