Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory control.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime shifts as needed.
