Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product counts against packing slips and ensure correct labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping and receiving periods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and material handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
