Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in general warehouse cleanup and organization duties
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 6 months prior forklift operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
