Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment before each shift to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all material movements
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist with general warehouse duties including stocking, organizing, and cleaning as needed
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and measurements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to and from our Colorado Springs facility
