Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure stock organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to prevent accidents and optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (CDL is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
