Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including picking, packing, and scanning products.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must hold valid license).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled facility).
