Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory accurately in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as required by daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- No prior forklift experience required; on-site training will be provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety labels.
- Strong commitment to safety and following operational procedures.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
