Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory movement.
- Assist in cycle counting and spot checks to minimize shrinkage.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators regarding order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and calculating shipping weights.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
