Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating logs.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 Forklift Operator License (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
