Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organize inventory and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock counts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be willing to undergo forklift certification training provided by the employer.
