Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (RF Scanners).
- Ensure all workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license (not required for internal driving, but often preferred for dock work).
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification through our training program.
