- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support operational goals
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory documentation systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekend shifts
