Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform inventory checks and manage stock placement in designated storage areas to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions and report them immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal workflow and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Forklift Operator License (valid and current).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
