Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist with general warehouse duties including stacking, organizing, and order picking
- Complete required safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Blvd facility
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
