Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming materials using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within warehouse
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
