Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using manual and powered equipment
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace to ensure safety compliance
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
