Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S principles
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
