Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual methods
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders with accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Conduct quality checks on materials and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial district location
