Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, scales, and box cutters
- Scan and update inventory systems with real-time order status
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and warehouse area
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in teams
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
