Responsibilities
- Pack and seal orders according to specifications using proper materials
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipping
- Operate packing equipment (label printers, scanners, tape dispensers)
- Maintain organized and clean workstation per safety protocols
- Scan and track inventory using handheld devices
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable transportation to/from facility
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must pass pre-employment background check
