Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box sealers, and label printers
- Verify order contents against packing slips and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Safely handle and transport packages using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
