Warehouse Associate (Entry Level) - Indianapolis, IN

What You'll Do:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring high accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required for entry-level).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
