Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor belts safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate daily delivery schedules
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
