Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, labelers, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory of packing materials and report shortages to supervisor
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages for damage and completeness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including evening/weekend shifts
