Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and condition before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, scales) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be available for weekday shifts (mornings/afternoons)
