Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using provided packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping addresses and tracking information.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and documents.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
