As a key member of our team, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse space. Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders according to priority schedules
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards (OSHA compliance)
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document discrepancies and report maintenance needs for equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
