Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized inventory storage and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare shipments for carrier dispatch and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual arrival for overnight shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean record (if operating vehicles)
