Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyor belts)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
