Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before final packaging.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
