Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product descriptions and quantities against packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver, IL facility.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
