Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners.
- Package items securely, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect goods for defects or damages prior to shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for order labels.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on your feet for long shifts.
