Responsibilities
- Retrieve, verify, and pick customer orders from the warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and verify order accuracy to maintain high inventory standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any discrepancies or logistical challenges.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in a dock environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
