Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners, pick tickets, or computerized systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance, identifying any damage or defects before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and hourly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn RF scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
