Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using pick-to-light technology.
- Verify item quantities and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Process returns and handle damaged goods appropriately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection is mandatory for remote positions.
