Responsibilities
- Select and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order quantities and inspect products for quality assurance before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
