As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are accurately prepared for shipment to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Scan items using handheld scanners or barcode readers to verify inventory accuracy.
- Locate and retrieve items from storage racks and shelves based on pick tickets.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
