Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Sort and stage merchandise according to delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification and counting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable to dock doors.
