Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products from shelves, prepare them for shipping, and load them onto delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided if needed), and hand trucks.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts, including weekends.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (Background check is waived).
