Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality control standards before shipping.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify order accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and increase productivity.
- Load trucks and prepare outbound shipments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and price checks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
