As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and order requirements.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of all items to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and verification of items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
