Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipping according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, or weekends as required.
