Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks as required.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be punctual.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
